True Dennison has been in love with photography and film for as long as she can remember. Growing up on the beautiful traditional lands of the We Wai Kai Nation on Quadra Island, her love for nature, art, and portrait photography unfolded.
Once moving off this small island and expanding her view of people and culture, she saw the brilliance, beauty, strength and art in each individual through her lens.
True loves working with experimental photography, including in-camera effects, double exposures, and shooting with a variety of different cameras and films. She views it as a wonderful combination of science, art, people, and magic.
