As an adventure, wildlife, and sports photographer based in the Comox Valley, Nick chases the thrill of unique wildlife encounters and off-the-beaten-path landscapes.
Born in Gibraltar to parents who loved the outdoors and had a passion for travel, Nick grew up in Scotland and has visited over 40 countries, including Ecuador, Iceland, Philippines, and French Polynesia.
In 2014, he journeyed to Canada, where he fell in love with everything Vancouver Island offers, from finding crystal-clear swimming holes to kayaking the open ocean and hiking stunning peaks in Strathcona Provincial Park. Always with a camera in hand, this self-taught photographer believes opportunities for a great photos comes to those who work for them. One of the most satisfying feelings for Nick is being in the moment, pressing the shutter, and looking down at the camera knowing he has captured something special.
