Living on a Gulf Island is a dream come true to Shannon. Slowing down her lifestyle has allowed her the time to focus on her creative expression.
Shannon creates images with both a scenic and emotional aspect, and hopes her clients will remember, when they look back on their images, how their surroundings made them feel. “A beautiful, memorable location only amplifies the love exuding from my clients. Luckily we are blessed with magical views all around us here on the Islands.”
She explains her early, deep-seated infatuation with capturing images simply: “I moved around a lot in my life. Since I’d be in one spot only briefly I had to capture it on film so I could get lost in that feeling over and over again.”
And that’s exactly what she aims for her photographs to do.
