The driftwood carving competition began in 1997 and has been seen by thousands. Visitors and local residents love to watch the carvers at work and enjoy the carvings that are left along the Sea Walk and throughout the City of Campbell River. The Campbell River Shoreline Arts Society works long, hard hours to bring this exciting event into being. We appreciate the support of the whole community to keep it going and will be celebrating in 2024 our 27th Anniversary.
