Rock the Block

The Waverley has acquired a temporary patio extension to Rock the Block, an outdoor street party organized by Cumberland Village Works and Mt.Eliah with a Cumberland Wild festival vibe. Dunsmuir Ave will be closed between 1st and 2nd for a main stage and large dance floor. Live music includes Cumberland’s favourite, The Boom Booms, and all the way from down under, Mood Swing & Chevy Bass, who will be performing in Cumberland for the first time; they were a 2023 out-of-nowhere favourite at Pachena Bay. And what’s a street party in Dodge without the Coal Dust Gang, Mt. Eliah, The Spin Jinny, Miss Pippin Pipsqueak, and more? The event will be licensed (19+ event) with food service. Tickets are limited due to street permit so grabs your now before they’re all gone.
