Elevate Wellness Weekend

As the seasons change, spring is the perfect time to disconnect, get re-centred, and awaken your spirit alongside the mountains’ flora and fauna. The first annual Elevate event in the spring of 2023 was a true success, bringing together like-minded locals and Island visitors alike to experience a range of sessions full of nourishment for the mind, body, and spirit. Packages are available now, and last year’s event attendees also save an extra 10% off when bringing a friend! Early Bird pricing is available until April 30, 2024.

The weekend features 31 unique session options provided by 18 gifted practitioners, including a special guest keynote speaker, the perfect blend of group workshops and participants’ choice of breakout sessions. All meals are included with vegan/vegetarian and gluten-friendly varieties. Additional certification classes are also available, and there are some fantastic prizes to be won.
