Tim has lived with his wife Sheila in rural Black Creek for over 30 years. He has earned a living from a variety of endeavours, including sawmilling, outdoor recreation, fish farming, first aid, ski trail grooming ,and property maintenance. He is doing a very poor job of being semi-retired, and in fact signed up to train as a Primary Care Paramedic to enhance his knowledge as a part-time ambulance attendant. Campbell River Search and Rescue is by far the biggest influence in his life now. He has 15 years with the group and has been a part of most of the specialty teams, and has filled various administrative roles.
