Joyce is all about growing dinner and composting these days and is most content with dirty fingernails. Her degree is in Marine Ecology and her first career was managing a fish hatchery on the Sunshine Coast. Happy to be retired and back home on the Island, Joyce now owns and manages the Speedibin composter business that was started by her parents in 1989. ‘Feed the soil that feeds the plants that feed us!’
