Originally from Vancouver Island, Chad went to school in Oakville, Ontario, coming home to the Island to camp each summer. An explorer of art, sports, music, and role-playing games, Chad pursued a multi-decade career working as a computer technician for the Okanagan school district while raising two wonderful daughters. Eventually, Chad found his way back to the Island and started a new life and career as a sword-fighting instructor.
